


Sandy Jacolow joined Meridian Capital as Chief Information Officer in July 2018, a role in which he oversees innovation and technology initiatives supporting the company’s brokerage, sales and growth activities. Mr. Jacolow currently is a founding member of the REBNY Technology Committee, and chairperson of their Cyber Technology Security Committee.
Prior to Meridian, Mr. Jacolow served as Silverstein Properties Chief Information Officer, a role in which he oversaw technology initiatives that support the company’s financial, operations and development activities.
Prior to Silverstein he served as Executive Director responsible for managing existing relationships, lead generation and providing the strategic direction for Calvis, Inc. a global real estate focused consulting firm.
Prior to Calvis Mr. Jacolow served as CIO at Newmark Knight Frank one of the world’s largest real estate brokerage firms. He reinvented Newmark’s technology infrastructure, while enhancing their CRM lead generation capabilities, data access and collaboration needs.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Jacolow served as Senior Director and Chief Information Officer at Clarion Partners, a member of ING Real Estate. During his 15-year tenure with Clarion, he was responsible for the firm’s technology strategy. Additionally, for more than 10 years he concurrently managed the firm’s Financial Control and Portfolio Accounting department.
Mr. Jacolow has been active in the real estate industry for 30+ years with a unique and complementary blend of financial, accounting, social media and technology experience. During his career he has served as chairperson of the NCREIF Information Management Committee, a member of the REIS Council, a member of NAREIM’s IT Advisory Council, and was a founding member on the Board of Directors for OSCRE.
