Mark J. Fletcher, ENP (Fletch) is the Vice President for Public Safety at 911inform, LLC. Having worked as a Police Dispatcher, a Special Officer in NJ, and Chief Architect positions at Nortel and Avaya, he has contributed to the Public Safety / Telecommunications industry for nearly 40 years. Fletcher is listed at the inventor of 14 US Patents for NG911 call handling and has served on many Federally appointed committees for the FCC.
In February 2019, his solution provided the world’s first call to 911 using an Enterprise NG911 Additional Data Repository, made possible a partnership with RapidSOS that delivered additional location data details and floorplans to the PSAP. Today, as Vice President of Public Safety Solutions at 911inform, LLC, that functionality has been expanded to include two-way communications and connected building control.
Fletcher also holds a position on the NENA Institute Board, the RapidSOS Technical Advisory Board, the iCERT Board of Directors, as well as the SCTC VAC Vice President of Education.
