Geno Coradini

As Executive Vice President, Retail National Tenant Representation, Geno is responsible for implementing integrated end-to-end solutions for retail clients nationally for all service lines including brokerage, construction and project management, lease restructuring, lease administration, capital markets and beyond. By aligning the JLL platform around clients’ business objectives, Geno will help retailers make smarter real estate decisions and solve their business challenges.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, operations, P&L oversight, retail and business development, Geno brings a unique combination of end user and service provider expertise.

He specializes in portfolio optimization and disposition strategies, process improvement, managing expansions, client services, organizational development and change management. Prior to re-joining JLL, Coradini spent the past two years as Vice President of Real Estate and Market Optimization for Advance Auto Parts Inc., the largest automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America. At Advance Auto Parts, Geno opened 124 stores in 2014 and executed over 300 consolidations, relocations and conversions as part of the General Parts International acquisition. Prior to that he was part of JLL’s retail outsourcing services group where he pioneered Portfolio Optimization as a service line. His team renegotiated over 3,000 leases resulting in over $40M in savings for clients.

He was also instrumental in winning several key accounts for JLL including, At Home, FedEx Office, Chipotle and Walgreen’s.

Geno’s 20+ year career also included key roles at FedEx Office (Managing Director of Development), Family Dollar Stores (Divisional Vice President) and AutoZone (Real Estate Manager).

Geno has a deep knowledge of JLL’s varied services and how they can be best coordinated to solve retailers’ pain points. Combined with his proven success record, Geno gives clients a competitive advantage in strategically positioning their portfolios for future growth.
